This was my forst tome staying here and it was good. I loved the views and the price. The staff was very professional & helpful.

A relatively good price, close to the airport. Big, nice, old school hotel. Some more powerpoints or charging facilities in the room would be good

Hallway stinks, rooms too cold with no way to heat.

A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean! We tried all the on site restaurants and didn't have a single complaint with any of them, great staff, great food. Danilo at the pool bar is a gentleman, so friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel... In general the way this hotel is run is a true credit to the management. If we are back in Abu Dhabi, this will be the first hotel I'll check for availability
